Intro to Indoor Cycling
When you think of indoor cycling, do you think, “They go too fast,” “I can’t keep up,” “Cycling is uncomfortable,” or “It’s too intense for me?” Have you wanted to try but have been too intimidated? If so, try our introduction to cycling class, where you cycle at your own pace! This workshop is specifically designed for the beginner and the first portion of the class learning bike set-up, cycle terminology and how to ride comfortably. Cycle Sampler
The title says it all! Each night you will sample a variety of skills to target different muscle groups. This class will incorporate HIIT techniques, free weights, and hill climbs, all layered into a high cardio cycling class.
