Do you know how to defend yourself from an attacker? Learn how to recognize a potential threat. Learn how to avoid that threat. Learn how to deal with that threat. A Japanese martial art teaching self defense using efficient body movements, not strength, to redirect the force of an attack and diffusing it. Increase awareness, flexibility, and balance. Train your body and mind with movement, breathing, and meditative exercise helping you learn principals that are practical for self defense as well as daily life.

Wado-Ki Karate (ages 6+)
Self-discipline, confidence, coordination , awareness, improved memory & focus, and how to protect oneself against a verbal or physical attack if needed are lessons in a structured class of Karate. Learn to use the mind as well as the body to resolve conflict. Karate is a sport that one can do at any age. It is great for kids as well as adults. Many adults have taken karate earlier in their lives. It is time to start back-all levels welcome. This is a light contact class. We work with many people with physical limitations.
